Nam Ying Models, founded in 1983 and rooted in a 1950s Hong Kong family workshop, specializes in crafting high-end real estate and urban planning models.

As market demand grew, the company expanded its operations and upgraded production techniques, pioneering CNC machining in 1995 for enhanced model precision. In 2005, Nam Ying established a modern production base in Guangzhou, with annual output exceeding 200 sets, and extended its reach to Singapore, Australia, and the Middle East, forging long-term partnerships with leading global property developers.

In recent years, Nam Ying has embraced technological innovation, integrating 3D printing and laser engraving in 2015 to add unprecedented detail and realism to its models. By 2020, the company was actively developing eco-friendly materials, such as coffee-ground-based landscape powders, to reduce plastic use and fulfill its sustainability commitment. In 2025, Nam Ying partnered with DUKExperience to fully incorporate interactive and immersive technologies—including AR/VR tours, projection mapping, and real-time data visualization—transforming traditional model displays into next-generation experiences for sales galleries and exhibition spaces.

Today, Nam Ying employs over 250 professionals and has completed more than 2,000 projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, clubhouse, infrastructure, and cultural sectors.
